Urgent translation is usually needed when the deadline is already here: the tender closes tomorrow, the court is waiting, the flight leaves the day after. In that situation the outcome is decided by preparation, not by hurrying.
Send a readable scan of the whole document, give the spelling of the name as it appears in the passport, say where the document is going and by what time it has to be ready. If certification is required, say so immediately — redoing the format later takes longer than doing it right from the start.
Apostilles. By law the notary issues one within five working days, and Estonia has no paid express procedure. If your document needs an apostille, no translation agency can solve that in a day.
The same applies to documents that still have to be ordered from abroad.
A certified translation is a legal document. Numbers, dates, names and cross-references are verified even under time pressure — that part does not get shorter. What makes the work faster is preparation and scheduling, not skipping the checks.
Can a sworn translation be done in one day?
Often yes, if the document is short and the language direction is common. We can give a firm answer once we have seen the scan.
Does urgent work cost more?
Yes, there is a surcharge for express work. We quote it together with the deadline.
Is a digitally signed translation acceptable?
In most cases yes, and it is the fastest option. Confirm with the institution receiving it.
Deadline already running? Send the scan with the exact time you need it by, and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it.
